The annual Membership fee is paid out of the first deal closed each year. We charge a flat $100 transaction fee (Per Side) on each closed transaction.
No, however, you are free to pass along the $100 transaction fee to your clients
Yes, if you are NMLS licensed we allow loan transactions. Just pay a $300 transaction fee on each loan. The DRE allows some agents to close business loans, private money, & commercial transactions without an NMLS endorsement. Prior approval from the Managing Broker is Required!
